Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"We were just chilling on Sunday morning looking for a spot to have lunch, and we found this small kopitiam. Upon looking at their menu at the entrance we decided to have a try. Owner is a Malay Muslim and are in the process of applying for the Halal certification. To my surprise the food is good, especially the prices are reasonable and services are pleasant. Saved it in my F&B list and definitely will come again. (the kopi ais is good too)"
"Been so long since last i had nasi lemak yang 'lemak'. The breath of Wok Hey in the koay teow and mee very strong, sedap dooh. The drinks also very nice and the waiter very friendly and helpfull will repeat again for sure"
"Ordered: 1. Waffle & chicken chop - quite nice but not a fan of nachos so wasted a large part of the meal. Asked for fries instead of nachos but was not available. 2. Seafood mee tikus goreng - this one was outstandingly delicious. Will order this when we return. Place was very comfortable. Plenty of seats. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good job to them."
"A new gem in the heart of Putra Heights. Come here for dinner and to my surprise, it was a good visit. Lets start with the welcoming staff. Friendly and helpful..the service was super fast. We ordered varieties of food. I love the mee tikus .wok hey was definitely there, but the portion was a bit too small for me. Maybe they wanted to justify the price for it. The chicken chop was tasty too..if you love KFC, then this will definitely be your favorite too. Overall, will come again to try a few more menus that I didn't get the chance to try because it was sold out earlier. Thanks"
"The food was good, though the chicken was a little bit salty. There’s still room for improvement. Overall, the service was great, and I really liked the ambiance"
"Ordered the Nasi Lemak Abang XXL Chicken Leg. The sambal is really good and would have been great is there is more of it. We also the Steak Butter Rump Yee Mee set but it turned out to be a tad disappointing."
"I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. This used to be one of my favourite places because the prices were reasonable and the food was genuinely good. My absolute favourite was the Nasi Lemak Ayam XXL — especially the honey-glazed chicken. That dish alone was the reason I kept coming back. But now everything has changed. The prices have gone up so much, the portions have become noticeably smaller, and the food no longer feels worth what they’re charging. What made me even more upset was discovering that the Nasi Lemak Ayam XXL is still printed on the menu, but when I asked for it, the staff told me they don’t serve it anymore. Why keep it on the menu if it’s no longer available? It feels misleading and honestly very frustrating. I walked out feeling completely disappointed. This restaurant used to have charm and value, but now it feels like everything I liked about it is gone. I really hope they rethink their pricing, bring back their proper portion sizes, and update the menu correctly, because this experience was a huge letdown."
"Finally manage to get a seat. Need to reserve it is fully booked. Then food standard remain the same. Super value for money. I reminder… this place must book before going or else need to wait for 30 minutes. Highly recommended the pull beef burger."
